Candle Care Guide
When lighting the candle for the first time, we recommend letting it burn for several hours, allowing the entire surface to become fluid. This will ensure a long and even burn time in the future. Avoid exposing the candle to the wind.To limit excess smoke, use a candle snuffer when putting out the candle, holding the snuffer over the flame for 5 - 10 seconds. Allow the candle to cool fully before covering it with a lid, moving, or handling.Cover your candle with the accompanying wooden lid after each use to prevent dust from gathering. Before each burn, time the candle wick and wipe off any excess wax residue on the candle walls.
- Let the candle burn for multiple hours for the first use
- Trim the candle-wick
- Use a candle snuffer
- Clean remaining wax away from inner candle walls
- Put lid on after each use

1917 is a contemporary interpretation of the classical Chypre from 1917, setting a tone for rediscovery. The Mediterranean flora of Cyprus gives this fragrance a vibrant, aromatic character. Dried herbs and tempera. A fragrant experience full of symbolism and rootedness.

Bergamot: Sweet citrus.
Lily: Floral warmth.
Oakmoss: Aromatic and herbal with amber musk.
Patchouli: Bright, aromatic, and spicy.
The floral layers of 1917 come together to form a green, spirited expression of layered bergamot, lilac, oakmoss, and patchouli. Spray directly onto pulse points such as the neck, wrists, or behind the ears for an individual experience between body and space.
