Clean stainless steel with pH-neutral soap and water using a sponge or cloth (1-2 times per year).
Rinse stainless steel thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth, following the grain to prevent streaks.
Clean the leather with a soft cloth or dry, soft brush only
Apply leather cleaner and wipe evenly from edge to edge; note this may darken the leather.
Over time, the leather develops a rich patina, absorbing oils from daily use
