Chef Chiara Barla takes us through the motions of recreating her comforting raw chocolate recipe from home.

1 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp pistachio
2 tbsp hazelnuts
1 tbsp walnuts
1 tbsp almonds
1 tbsp coconut flakes
1tsp rose petals
1/2 tsp salt flakes
1/2 cup coconut oil

In a pot, add the coconut oil and let it melt on low heat. Add maple syrup and cacao powder and whisk to combine until there are no clumps. Pour the chocolate mixture onto a tray lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with the nuts and salt. Transfer the chocolate to the fridge to set.
